Why Latshaw & McCown

A firm that invests in its people as deliberately as its clients

We believe accounting is about more than filing tax returns. Our work is built around helping clients make better financial decisions year-round — which means the work you do here is genuinely interesting.

02

Real Mentorship

You work directly with experienced CPAs, managers, and firm leadership — not three layers away from them. Feedback is specific, frequent, and intended to make you better.

03

Modern Technology

Cloud-based workflows, automation, and tooling that removes the busywork. If you see a better way to do something, we want to hear it and we will implement it.

04

Flexibility That's Honest

05

Room to Grow

We're growing, and growth creates paths. Title and compensation follow demonstrated experience, technical expertise, and leadership — not tenure.
